Pacific Science Center

On Sunday we went to the Pacific Science Center downtown Seattle. It was a perfect rainy day activity. The center had tons to do for young kids. It was like a hand on children's museum but it also included a bug exhibit and a butterfly sanctuary. In the butterfly room it was a warm 75 degrees had lots of tropical plants. It was so cool getting to see all the different varieties of butterfly's. Some where on the plants and some were just on the ground hanging out. As we entered the room I heard a lady say to her daughter, "remember if a butterfly lands on you it's good luck." So as we were walking around the large room a huge butterfly landed on Bridgette's arm. I was a little nervous but she had no clue what to think about it. Then just before we were about to leave another big butterfly landed on Bridgette's flower headband. It was definitely intimidating being that close to a live butterfly. Overall, it was a fun time. Ella especially likes to look at the pictures we took from the day.

Excuse my silly faces. Can you find the butterfly on Bridgette?

Can you find it again?

Here is the one on her arm.
