Odds and Ends
On Sunday morning I came downstairs to Jake asking Bridgette what she ate. After further investigation I determined it to be only lipstick. Yes, apparently i have that color lipstick in my diaper bag. Where she found it I have no idea. I wanted to give her credit for putting it on her lips so well. She only managed to get a little on her hand.
More snow
As you can see we got a lot of snow for around here a couple of weeks ago. Both girls had colds but I couldn't keep them away from the winter wonderland that we were having.
Snow kitty! The girls thought it was so cool.

Let it Snow
Christmas Day
Cookies and milk were left for Santa. Ella was very excited thinking about the fact that there were going to be reindeer on the roof and Santa was coming to bring her what she asked for: a Hello Kitty umbrella and a Barbie doll.
Christmas Morning- Santa did come!
Santa brought Ella a Barbie Camper. Bridgette was helping unwrap.
Bridgette got her own very own Bitty Baby doll. She is very into playing babies right now so it was the perfect gift from Santa.
Below: Ella got a ballet outfit for her Bitty Baby so she immediately had to change her clothes into one of her leotards. This girl changes her clothes about 10x/day no Joke.

Christmas Eve
Christmas Eve dinner was held at my parents house. After church that evening all my Aunts and Uncles and Grandparents came over for a wonderful meal.
The tree before Santa came!
My mom's beautiful table setting minus Ella's special place mat.
Ella was dying to open presents on Christmas Eve. Since she can read her name she had a blast looking under the tree for all her presents. So we gave in and let her and Bridgette open gifts from Grandma and Grandpa Menard. The girls loved all the gifts and magnet books from G&G Menard. They wanted to stamp with there new stamps right away but we made them wait till morning.

Best Friends
Beginning of December
A BIG thanks goes out to my Mom the month of December for all the days she stayed with us. It was so wonderful to have her help watching the girls so I could get some shopping and errands done. Not to mention she made sure I got to take a nap everyday! Thanks again MOM!!
Way behind on posts
Yes, I know I have been slacking on posting pictures for everyone to see and NO I haven't been playing to much Angry Birds (MOM). Since my last post from Halloween we have found out that we are pregnant with our third baby which is due to be born the first week of July. Most days I feel pretty sick and have no energy to do anything. Hopefully, that will change in the next week or so as I move into my second trimester. Jake is still working a ton but says, things will be slowing down now after the New Year. Ella, is her sweet, caring, shareful self. Bridgette is 19months old,she works so hard to keep up with her big sister. Just last night she threw a fit at dinner because she did not want her tray on her highchair anymore. So we gave her a plate and a spot at the table and she was happy as a clam. She is also talking a ton, she will repeat anything you ask her to say. In some cases she is even putting two or three words together. She loves to sing Twinkle, Twinkle little star, Daisy, Daisy and Ring Around the Rosie. And when I put her to bed she tells you what song she wants you to sing. Here are some pictures to catch you up to Christmas.
Me and Ella at her school building Gingerbread Houses. She was so excited for me to be there.
The weekend before Thanksgiving my neighbor and her daughter and me and Ella did a 3mile Turkey Trot. The girls loving hanging out together.
And here is Bridgette posing for me on the steps.
